It’s been 40 years since the launch of STS-1, and the excitement of that day never faded.

Great weekend

by Mar 17, 2013

For the first time in a long while, Kathy and I had both kids back home at the same time.  Both of them are planning weddings – Andrew and Liz at the end of December of this year, and Melanie and Jarrett looking at the Fall of 2014.  It was great just hanging out and talking with them…

It’s times like these that really make me realize that we’ve done a pretty decent job of helping these two develop into not only responsible adults, but also decent people who we really enjoy being around and spending time with!

With these weddings in the near future, it’s going to get hectic and a little crazy, but I know we’ll come out on the other side with two more members of our family…  🙂
